An Oroville Rural EMS Levy proposition was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Okanogan County, which is in Washington.
If approved, this proposition authorizes the Oroville Rural EMS District to impose a $0.25 per $1,000 of assessed valuation for six years in order to fund emergency medical care.[1]

Language on the ballot:
| “ | Shall the Oroville Rural EMS District be allowed to impose an additional property tax levy in an amount of TWENTY-FIVE cents ($.25) per ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) of the assessed value of property in the District in each year for six (6) consecutive years, for the provision of emergency medical care, to be levied for the District in 2012 for collection in 2013 and subsequent years through 2018.
