The question on the ballot:
| A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Orrville Public Library for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 0.75 mill for each one dollar valuation, which amounts to seven and one-half cents ($0.075) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
