Biography

Oscar Kazen graduated from Nixon High School. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1988. Kazen earned a bachelor's degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. degree from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. His carer experience includes working as an associate probate judge and as a county court at law judge in Bexar County.
