Oscar Raymond Luhring (1879-1944) was an associate justice on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

He was nominated by President Herbert Hoover on June 23, 1930 to a seat created by 46 Stat. 785. He was confirmed by the Senate on July 3rd of that year, and received commission that same day. He served on this court until his death on August 18, 1944.[1]
