I am a long time resident of Harris County. I moved to Harris County in 1977 from San Antonio. I have been a very hands-on businessman for the last 35 years here in Harris County. It has been an extreme pleasure to serve our wonderful community for those 35 years.

I served in the United States Marine Corps from 1983 to 1987 after I graduated from Sam Rayburn High School in Pasadena in 1981. I served in the Marine Corps to protect your rights and your freedom. I will continue to fight for your rights and freedom.

Public service takes a great deal of time and dedication and I know I have what it takes to successfully serve the people in our county and community. I love our community and I love our people.
  • As Justice of the Peace in Harris County Precinct 2, I will take the time and effort required to make a fair and impartial judgement in every case that comes before me. There will be no rash decisions. I will always uphold the law and justice, above anything, will prevail.
  • Compassion and respect are my highest priority. Every person that will come before me will be treated equally and with respect. The law will be adhered to and respected, but I will do so giving everyone the time and respect they deserve. Citizens will always have access to all of their entitled services.
  • In complex cases of eviction, I will look exhaustively at every avenue to find and consider every possible solution. I will look for Harris County sponsored programs that will help people stay in their homes. I will look for creative solutions to complex problems.
Fairness and equlity are foremost in my priorities. I want to be sure that the law is always applied fairly in every case.
I have read an inordinate amount of books. I love to read. I happen to be an author myself.

My new Christian drama, Prodigal, is on Amazon and Audible. Prodigal is a wonderful story that deals with race, adoption, love, faith, forgiveness and ultimately, redemption.
If you read my book, you will learn what is in my heart.

Prodigal is soon to be released as a major motion picture.
A spirit of service is most essential in an elected official. In the position of Justice of the Peace, a fair-minded and level headed demeanor is essential. Loving and caring for the community and our people is a requirement in serving them properly.
I am a former United States Marine. I served honorably and I would do it again in a heartbeat. In the Marine Corps, I learned the work ethic, the discipline and the honor that is required when asking for the people’s vote.
I will apply the same work ethic, discipline, and honor that I applied to my service to our country and my businesses in our community. I am very proud of my service to our country and I’m also very proud of having raised my family in this community. I love our community and a love of people and I will work tirelessly to serve our community and our people.
Giving every person and every case the required effort and time and a great understanding of the law are most essential to a Justice of the Peace.
Making every effort to assure that everyone’s voice is heard and that no one is denied their rights.
I would love to be remembered as someone who worked tirelessly and selflessly to leave our community better and stronger than when I entered office.
As a child I remember the 1976 bi-centennial celebrations. I was 13 years old and I asked my teachers what all the commotion was about because I had not a clue and I learned alot about the founding of our country. That was a very memorable time.
My very first job was on my bicycle, throwing the newspaper throughout my neighborhood. I was 11 or 12 years old and I did my job, rain or shine, for over 2 years until we moved from San Antonio to Pasadena, TX.
First and foremost, it will be incumbent upon me to know my job, do my job, and only my job. The law will always be upheld. Justice for all is essential and I will always adhere to this principle.
I will follow the blueprint and continue the legacy that Judge Jo Ann Delgado and Judge George Reiser have already imprinted on our community.
Empathy is very important. Compassion is very important, but holding the law is my first priority.
I want to restore judicial efficiency to our court. I will work with our sister court in the precinct to bring back the balance between the two courts. Balance between the two courts is extremely important to providing all of the entitled services to every citizen. Relieving the undue burden that is placed on the other court, the Judge and her staff is necessary to let justice prevail.
First and foremost, a judge must be a fair minded and passionate person about his community and the people he or she serves. A Judge must work tirelessly to provide the same level of justice to each and every person in the community, regardless of anything. The Judge and the court’s staff must all be well trained in every aspect of the law, most especially in those areas that mostly pertain to the Justice Of The Peace Courts.
Making sure that everyone’s voice is heard and no one is denied their rights.
We have the opportunity to elect judges that will perform tirelessly and be fair minded and conscientious. we must elect judges that care about the community and want to do an excellent job in the court so that justice can be applied fairly across the community.
Financial transparency and government accountability are extremely important. Irresponsible and flagrant spending of the people’s tax money is one of the reasons why I am running. Judicial efficiency is high priority on my list.

I am a very positive and energetic individual. I am fair-minded and dedicated to every task before me.

Being a local businessman for the last 35 years I have worked closely with the public and with more than just a handful of employees.

I've learned the importance of treating every employee and their varied problems with compassion and fairness. Many of my employees have remained in my employ for over 25 years. My first employee every retired just 3 years ago with 32 years of service.
Giving every person and every case the required effort and time and a great understanding of the law are most essential to a Justice of the Peace.

My first job as a young man was at Southmore Hospital in Pasadena. I worked in the physical therapy department. It was my job to transport patients to and from the floors to the physical therapy department for their scheduled therapy.

I also did the set up and clean up of the therapy rooms before and after every session.

Working with the patients and the therapists was very enjoyable and memorable.
