The question on the ballot:
| Be it resolved by the School Board of the Oshkosh Area School District, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, that there shall be issued pursuant to Chapter 67, Wisconsin Statutes, General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $12,995,000 for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing and equipping a new elementary school to replace the existing Oaklawn Elementary School to be located at the existing school site[2] |
