Biography

Otha Williams III was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He earned a high school diploma from Clarksdale High School in 1991, a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from Alcorn State University in 1997, and a master's degree in secondary education and industrial education from the same institution in 2001. Williams' career experience includes working as a work-based learning coordinator.[1][2]
