Ottar Mobley
Ottar Mobley was a Democratic candidate for District 1 of the Alaska House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010 and the general election was on November 2, 2010.
About
Mobley earned his A.A. from Walla Walla Community College. He went on to receive his B.S. in Sociology and Anthropology from Millsaps College. He then earned his master's in Philosophy and Archaeology from the University of Cambridge. Mobley has worked in the following positions: renewable energy advocate, community organizer and substitute teacher for the Southeast Island School District. He is employed as an archaeologist and small business owner.

2010
Mobley was unopposed in the August 24 primary. He was defeated by incumbent Republican Kyle Johansen in the November 2 general election.[1]
