Otto Kinzel

Otto Kinzel was an assistant judge of the superior court in Washington County, Vermont. He was elected on November 4, 2014, to a term that expired on January 31, 2019.[1]
Kinzel retired from the bench on October 31, 2016.[2]

Kinzel ran for election to the Vermont Superior Courts, as an assistant judge of Washington County.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 26, 2014.
General: He faced Democrats Miriam Conlon and Tony Lolli in the general election on November 4, 2014, and won with 34.7 percent of the vote. Candidates competed for two open seats.[1][3][4]
Career
Prior to his judicial election in 2014, Kinzel was a deputy sheriff for Washington County. He was also the owner and operator of the First in Fitness gym facilities in Montpelier and Berlin, and he was previously the CEO of a community Bank in Delaware.[5]
