Owen Evans

Owen Evans is an Oklahoma special district judge for Tulsa County, which is located in District 14. He was appointed by judges in the district in May 2016.[1]
Evans was a judge on the Workers' Compensation Court in Oklahoma. He was appointed by Governor Brad Henry to succeed Tom Leonard in September 2010. Evans served until his appointment as a district court judge in 2016.[2]
Biography
Evans received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Evans was a lawyer for 25 years before his appointment to the compensation court.[2]
