Owen Lee Kwong was a judge for the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California.[1] He retired on April 30, 2015.[2]
Education
Kwong received a B.S. from the University of Utah and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.[3]
2012 election

Kwong ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Kwong was automatically re-elected.[4]
