Owen N. Powell is a former county judge of the Holmes County Court in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.[1] He retired from the bench in December 2016.[2]

Powell received an undergraduate degree from Florida State University and a J.D. from Stetson University.[2]
Powell served as a county judge for 12 years. Prior to joining the bench, he served as a second lieutenant in the Army National Guard and worked in private practice.[2]
Powell and his wife, Deborah, have two sons, Mason and John.[2]
