Owen Township Property Tax Extension Limitation Measures, 2 (February 2010)
There were two Owen Township Property Tax Extension Limitation Measures on the February 2 ballot in Winnebago County for voters in the township of Owen.
This measure was defeated
- YES 245 (42.68%)
- NO 329 (57.32%)

Both measure dealt with the Owen township road district, they sought to increase the property tax extension limitation by .1910 percent above the current rate. The difference between the two was that one was voted on solely in the city of Rockford.[2]
