P. Timothy Kelly was a 2013 candidate for the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.[1]
2013 election
Kelly ran for the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas.[1] Kelly cross-filed in both Democratic and Republican primaries and was defeated in both, receiving 7.4% of the Republican vote and 9.0% of the Democratic vote on May 21, 2013.[2]

Kelly earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and his J.D. from Villanova Law School.[3]
