Pa Ann
Pa Ann was a candidate for an at-large seat on the Osseo Area Schools school board in Minnesota. Ann was defeated in the at-large general election on November 8, 2016.
Ann also unsuccessfully ran for a seat on the board in the general election on November 4, 2014.
Biography
Ann earned both a B.A. in political science and an M.P.A. from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. His work experience includes serving as a consultant with the Hennepin County Multicultural Center.[1]

Three of the six seats on the Osseo Area Schools School Board were up for at-large general election on November 8, 2016. In their bids for re-election, incumbents Linda Etim and Jacki Girtz faced challengers Pa Ann, Meghan Curtis, Heather Douglass, Stephanie Fortner, Mike Ostaffe, Carey Raph, Pachia Vue, and Jesse Winkler.[2][3] Ostaffe, Douglass, and Fortner won election to the board.[4]

Funding
Osseo Area Schools did not publish campaign finance reports for school board candidates. State law did not require campaign finance reporting if contributions or expenditures did not exceed $750 in a calendar year.[6]
