Padraig-Eoin Dalrymple graduated from Utah Valley University in 2011. Dalrymple's career experience includes working as an entrepreneur, first responder, and wildland firefighter.[1]

|He is a military spouse and comes from a multigenerational military family. He is running for city council because He recognizes this is a critical moment to fix some of Norfolk’s Greatest problems. The Police Shortage, lack of transparency, and community representation has been getting worse for a decade. Then add the local housing crisis. Ward One’s City Council Set has been uncontested since 2010. Democracy does not work unless the People have a choice.

Determination. A fight sometimes is still worth fighting even if you know you are going to lose.
Also, as someone who is Autistic, I want people to know no matter where we are on the spectrum, we should be valued.
Also, Norfolk doesn't have a Police Chief. So working with the new Chief will be another opportunity for local change.
