A Paint Township Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wayne County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Township of Paint to renew a property tax levy of up to 5 mills ($5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of streets, roads and bridges.[1]

| “ | A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Paint Township Road District for the purpose of construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of streets, roads and bridges at a rate not exceeding 5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, whichamounts to fifty cents ($0.50) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1][2] | ” |
