A Palm Bay City Council Qualifications Amendment question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Brevard County, which is in Florida, where it was approved.

This question amended Section 5.02 of the city charter to ensure that City Council candidates reside in the City and will continue to reside there while in office.[1]
