This measure amended the Palm Beach Shores Town Charter to require voter approval of leasing, selling or otherwise disposing of public property.[1]

“ | VOTER APPROVAL FOR SALE, LONG TERM LEASE OR OTHER DIVESTMENT OF TOWN OWNED REAL PROPERTY
SHALL THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF PALM BEACH SHORES BE AMENDED TO ADD A NEW PROVISION THAT WOULD PROHIBIT THE TOWN FROM SELLING, LEASING FOR MORE THAN A TWO YEAR PERIOD OF TIME, OR OTHERWISE DIVESTING ITSELF OF TOWN OWNED REAL PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR VOTER APPROVAL BY REFERENDUM? YES |
