Pamela E. Hutchens was a district court judge for the 2nd Judicial District in Virginia.[1] She joined the court in 1997.[2] The Virginia General Assembly did not re-elect her in 2015, and she stepped down when her term ended in April.[3]
Education
Hutchens received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her J.D. from the Pepperdine University School of Law.[4]
