Pamela G. Heffernan
Pamela G. Heffernan was a Utah Second Judicial District judge for Weber County, Utah for the Ogden District Court.[1] Heffernan was first appointed to this position in 1996.[2] She retired from the court effective June 1, 2010.[3]
Education
Heffernan earned her B.A. in Sociology from St. Cloud, Minnesota, and she then earned her MA from Washington State University. She went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1981. She then worked as an attorney for the firm of Snow, Christensen & Martineau until 1989. Heffernan was appointed to the Second Circuit Court in 1989 by Governor Norman H. Bangerter. In July 1996, she became a Second District Court Judge.[2]
