Pamela K. Addington is a family court judge for the Hardin County Family Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Hardin County in Kentucky.[1] She was appointed to the court by former Governor Ernie Fletcher in June 2004.[2]

Addington ran for re-election to the court in 2014 and was successful in her bid, winning an eight-year term that expires on January 1, 2023. [3]

General: She defeated Dawn Lonneman Blair in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 51.0 percent of the vote. [4]

Education

Addington received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and her J.D. from the University of Louisville.[5]

Career

Before her appointment to the court, Addington served as the commissioner for Hardin County's Water District #2 and was also previously the secretary for the Hardin County Bar Association.[2]
