A Panama Village Electrical Aggregation proposition was defeated on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in Montgomery County, which is in Illinois.
This measure authorized the Panama Village to arrange for the supply of electricity to its residents and small businesses that do not opt out of the program.[1]
