Parker Cains was a Republican candidate for at-large representative on the Charlotte City Council in North Carolina. Cains was defeated in the general election on November 7, 2017.

Biography

Cains received a bachelor's degree in marketing from Virginia Tech in 2007. That same year, he became the director of sales Katalyst, an IT consulting and integration company. He and his wife Devon have a daughter, born in February 2017.[1]
