Pat Calhoun is a judge of the Goliad County Court in Texas. He was elected in 2014, effective January 1, 2015, for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Calhoun ran for election to the Goliad County Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 50.0 percent of the vote. He competed against David Bowman.
Runoff: Because the two candidates tied in the primary election, a runoff was held on May 27, 2014. Calhoun won, receiving 64.8% of the vote.
General: He defeated Ernest Alaniz in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 64.6 percent of the vote.

Education
Calhoun earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Texas A&M University, the former in agronomy and the latter in accounting and finance.[4]
Military service
Calhoun served as a major in the U.S. Marine Corps.[4]
Career
Calhoun was the owner of a cow-calf stocker operation. He also has twelve years of experience as a business counselor and banker.[4]
