Biography
Pat Wilson Pheanious was born in Willimantic, Connecticut. She earned a master’s degree in social work and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut in 1981. Her career experience includes working as an associate professor of social work at the University of Connecticut. Representative Wilson Pheanious also served as a trustee at the university. [1]
