Biography
Patrice Billings earned a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 1979. Her career experience includes founding a small business in St. Charles, Missouri, and working as a police officer, chief pilot, and certified helicopter flight instructor for St. Louis County. Her organizational affiliations include Zonta International and Safe Connections.[1]
