Patricia Benke
Patricia Benke was a judge for Division 1 of the California 4th District Court of Appeal. She assumed office on June 3, 1987. She left office on July 31, 2021.

Education
Benke earned a degree in political science from San Diego State University in 1971. After this, she earned a law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1974.[2][3]
Career
Benke began her career in 1974 as a California deputy attorney general. In 1983, Gov. Deukmejian appointed her to the San Diego Municipal Court. She was appointed to the Superior Court in 1985 and served on this court until she was appointed by former Gov. George Deukmejian to the California Fourth District Court of Appeal. She took her oath of office on June 3, 1987.[4][5]
