Patricia Blackmon
Patricia Blackmon was a judge of the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals. She assumed office in 1997. She left office on February 10, 2021.

Blackmon was re-elected to the Eighth District Court of Appeals for six-year terms in November 2002 and 2008.[2][3]
Education
Blackmon received her undergraduate degree in African-American studies, political science, and history from Tougaloo College. She went on to receive her J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1975.[4]
Career
Before joining the Eighth District Court of Appeals in 1996, Blackmon served as the chief prosecutor in Cleveland, Ohio. She also worked as a professor and as an assistant director of the Victims/Witness Program at Dyke College.[4]
