Patricia C. Riepel
Patricia C. Riepel was a judge for the South Dakota Second Judicial Circuit.[1] Riepel took the bench in January 2007 after winning the November 2006 general election.[2] Riepel was re-elected in 2014 for an eight-year term.[3] She retired from the court in June 2016.[4]

Education
Riepel received her bachelor's degree from Montclair State University. She went on to earn a J.D. from the University of South Dakota.[5]
Career
Before she joined the circuit court bench, Riepel was a magistrate judge in the same circuit from 1995 until 2006.[6]
