Biography
Patricia Jay was born in Sherman, Texas. She earned a bachelor's degree from the Texas A&M-Commerce in 2001 and a law degree from St. Mary's University in 2006. Her career experience includes working as an attorney. Jay worked as a licensed juvenile probation officer from 2001 to 2003 for the Grayson County Department of Juvenile Services.[1]
