Patricia Kelly is a circuit court judge for the 15th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] She was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly to an eight-year term, which commenced on July 1, 2013 and expires in 2021.[2]
Career
Before she became a circuit court judge, Kelly served as a district court judge for the 15th Judicial District.[3]
