Patricia Kernighan
Patricia Kernighan is a former member of the Oakland, California City Council, representing District 2 from 2005 to 2015. She was first elected to the council in 2005. In 2013, the Oakland City Council appointed her to serve as Council President. Kerninghan served as Council President from 2013 to 2015.[1]
In December 2013, Kernighan announced her intentions not to seek re-election in 2014.[2]
