Patricia L. Mitchell was an associate judge for the Sixth District Court in Montgomery County, Maryland. She was first elected to the court on December 2, 1996, and she retired on January 13, 2021, after hitting the mandatory retirement age.[1][2][3]
Education
Mitchell received her undergraduate degree from the American University in 1976 and her J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law in 1980.[1]
