I have over 20 years of experience in litigation and have practiced in almost every area of the law. I have worked on cases involving civil litigation on both sides, criminal defense, family law, probate, worker's compensation, administrative, contract and juvenile. I believe in delivering fair and impartial rulings from the bench and not allowing any bias to affect my decisions. I will look at each case individually and follow the law accordingly regardless of ones race, religion, creed, sexual orientation and/or socioeconomic background. Our bench is in need of a Judge that is not tied to the agenda of other areas of the system, but rather tied to addressing the needs of the community as a whole and making our city a safer and better place for all.
  • Fair and impartial and using common sense in my rulings.
  • Not tied to any office's agenda but rather tied to the community and guaranteeing them transparency in my position.
  • Being held accountable by the public and maintaining an open door policy.
I am adamant about education and being involved in the community. I want my chamber doors open to all who wish to learn about our judicial system. I am an advocate for public safety, but also not overwhelming our system with non-violent offenders. Mental health programs and their accessibility will be key to all litigants who come before and are in need.
