Patricia Muscarella
Patricia Muscarella is a judge of the Florida 6th Circuit Court. Her current term ends on January 2, 2029.
Muscarella won re-election for judge of the Florida 6th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 8, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Biography
Education
Muscarella received her undergraduate degree in special education from the University of Florida and her law degree from the Stetson University College of Law.[1]
Career
Muscarella served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1990 to 1992. Prior to becoming a Circuit Court judge, she was of counsel for a law firm in Tallahassee and worked as a mediator, arbitrator and special master.[1][2]

The general election was canceled. Patricia Muscarella (Nonpartisan) won without appearing on the ballot.
2016
Muscarella won re-election without opposition in 2016.
2010
Muscarella won 39.6 percent of the vote in the primary election. She then defeated Kathryn Marie Welsh with 57.47% of the vote in the general election.[3]
