Biography

Education

Muscarella received her undergraduate degree in special education from the University of Florida and her law degree from the Stetson University College of Law.[1]

Career

Muscarella served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1990 to 1992. Prior to becoming a Circuit Court judge, she was of counsel for a law firm in Tallahassee and worked as a mediator, arbitrator and special master.[1][2]

The general election was canceled. Patricia Muscarella (Nonpartisan) won without appearing on the ballot.

2016

Muscarella won re-election without opposition in 2016.

2010

Muscarella won 39.6 percent of the vote in the primary election. She then defeated Kathryn Marie Welsh with 57.47% of the vote in the general election.[3]
