Patricia Oliver
Patricia Oliver was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 28 of the North Carolina House of Representatives.
Biography
Oliver attended Johnston Community College. She is a North Carolina licensed general contractor, home inspector, and insurance adjuster. Oliver owns a number of businesses in North Carolina. She is a fellow of the Institute of Political Leadership, Inc.[1]
