Patrick Carmody is a judge on the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in Chester County, Pennsylvania. He was elected on November 5, 2013 for a term ending in 2023.[1]

2013 election

Carmody ran for election to the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.

Primary: He received 43.0 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 21, 2013. He cross-filed as a Democrat, but lost that primary after receiving 8.0% of the vote. 
General: He was elected in the general election on November 5, 2013, with 36.5 percent of the vote. Julia Malloy-Good and Jeffrey R. Sommer were also on the ballot, competing for two open seats.Anthony Verwey advanced past the Democratic primary but dropped out over the summer.
