Patrick Carr (Iowa)
Patrick M. Carr is a former judge of District 3A of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1995.[1] Carr retired on July 31, 2017. He assumed senior judge status on the Iowa Court of Appeals after his retirement.[2]
Biography
Carr received his bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in 1972 and his J.D. from the Drake University Law School in 1975. Carr worked as an assistant Clay County attorney and at a private law firm prior to his judicial appointment.[1]
