Patrick Catena Jr. (Democratic Party) is a member of the Allegheny County Council in Pennsylvania, representing District 4. He assumed office in 2017. His current term ends on January 2, 2026.

Biography
Catena earned his B.A. in political science and communications from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a financial analyst for Apria Healthcare.[1]
