Patrick Cavanaugh was a judge on the Third Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland. He served as a judge on the court from December 18, 2002 to October 24, 2013.[1]

Cavanaugh received his undergraduate degree from the University of Baltimore in 1967 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1974.[1]
