Patrick D. Pinkston is a judge for the Elmore County District Court. He was appointed to the court in August of 2013 by Governor Robert Bentley.[1] Pinkston was an unopposed 2014 candidate for the Elmore County District Court in Alabama.[2] Pinkston's term expires on January 17, 2021.[3]

Pinkston ran for re-election to the Elmore County District Court.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on June 3, 2014, receiving 72.2 percent of the vote. He competed against Lucie McLemore.
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. [2][4] 

Education

Pinkston earned his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1991 and his J.D. from Jones School of Law in 1994. He also holds an LL.M. from the University of Missouri at Columbia.[1]

Career

Pinkston is currently a judge for Elmore County District Court. He was appointed to the position by Governor Robert Bentley in 2013.[1]
