Biography

Patrick Henry was born in Louisville, Kentucky. He earned an undergraduate degree from Illinois State University in 1979. He attended Western Illinois University for graduate study. His career experience includes working as a high school special education teacher and as an adult English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher. He has served as a president with the Angleton Noon Lions Club and as a council president with the St. John Lutheran Church.[1]
