Patrick F. Kelly (1929-2007) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.

Kelly was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on April 14, 1980, to a seat vacated by Wesley Brown; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 21, 1980, and received commission two days later. He served as chief judge from 1992 until he assumed senior status on June 6, 1995. He retired on March 15, 1996.[1] Kelly was succeeded in this position by John Marten.
