Patrick McPherson
Patrick McPherson was a member of the Nebraska State Board of Education, representing District 8. McPherson assumed office in 2015. McPherson left office on January 1, 2019.
McPherson ran for election for an at-large seat of the Ralston Public Schools school board in Nebraska. McPherson lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Biography
After retiring as president of Bank of Nebraska Omaha after more than 25 years in the industry, McPherson joined the government of the city of Omaha as director of the Department of Administrative Services, serving in that role for four years. McPherson went on to work with the National Federation of Independent Business and to serve as the elections commissioner for Douglas County.[1]

McPherson was first elected to the board in November 2014 and took office in January 2015. He was defeated in the general election on November 6, 2018.
