The following issues were listed on Munro's campaign website. For a full list of campaign themes, click here.

  • Veterans: The first piece of legislation I will create and fight for as the congressman from Minnesota's 6th District will be to give precedence in federal hiring to the immediate family members of our Service Men and Women, and also to the immediate family members of our Veterans.
  • Federal Drug Testing: The Federal Drug Testing Act will require that all elected and appointed federal employees will have to consent to random drug testing, so the public knows that our federal elected and appointed personnel are of sound mind, body, and spirit. Members of our armed forces are required to live under drug testing regulations.
  • Article V: I support the use of Article V of the United States Constitution to provide the reforms needed to restore our republic to its constitution.
