Biography

Patrick Regan began serving in the United States Army in 2008. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond in 2005 and a law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2008. Regan earned a fiscal law certificate and graduated from the United States Army JAG School Basic Course and Advanced Course. His career experience includes working as a trial attorney. Regan has been a member of the Virginia State Bar and the United States Supreme Court Bar.[1]

Regan has served as a board president and as a coach for Chesterfield Youth Lacrosse, as a coach of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for Lacrosse and for the FC Richmond/Midlothian YMCA soccer team, and as a member with the Knights of Columbus, the Bon Air Council 6546, and the American Legion Post 354.[1]
