Patrick Short was a 2011 Democratic candidate for District 13 of the New Jersey General Assembly.

Short has served on the Middletown Township Committee.[1]

Short was a candidate for District 13 of the New Jersey General Assembly. He was defeated in the November 8 general election. Short and Kevin Lavan ran unopposed in the June 7 Democratic primary. Amy Handlin and Declan O'Scanlon, Jr. ran unopposed in the Republican primary. William Lawton and Frank Cottone are also running as Independents in the November 8 general election..[2]
