Patrick W. Kelley
Patrick W. Kelley was a judge of the Seventh Circuit Court of Illinois.[1][2] He was appointed to the bench in May 1999 and was later retained in 2000, 2006, and 2012. Kelley retired from the court in 2016.[3]
Kelley served as the circuit's chief judge from 2009 to 2011.[3]
Education
Kelley received a B.S. in economics from Bradley University in 1980. He went on to earn his J.D. from Cornell University Law School in 1983.[4][3]

2012 election
Kelley was retained on November 6, 2012 with 81.6 percent of the vote.[2][5]
