Patrick was raised on the 2300 block of Dawes Avenue in Overland, Missouri, in a tight-knit, union-focused family surrounded by skilled tradespeople, including pipefitters, sprinkler fitters, and electricians. He attended All Souls Catholic School in Overland and Christian Brothers College in Clayton, Missouri. After high school, Patrick joined the workforce as a proud member of the Communication Workers of America (CWA Local 6350) while launching his entrepreneurial journey. Today, he successfully runs his own business while actively serving his community and continuing his education. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis Chancellor’s Program in Economic Development and is currently studying the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its role in governance through Harvard University.

In 2018, Patrick was appointed to Overland’s Planning and Zoning Board by former Mayor Mike Schneider. Inspired to further serve his community, he ran for City Council in 2020, winning a landslide victory with nearly 70% of the vote. Patrick continued his service, securing re-election in 2022, and in 2024, he ran unopposed in the municipal election, reflecting the community’s trust in his leadership.

In 2026 Patrick will run for State Representative of the 72nd House District of Missouri
  • RESTORING THE MIDDLE CLASS

Revive the middle class with fair wages, affordable healthcare, and tax breaks for working families.

I am here to build opportunity, not more inequality.
  • ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT I’m committed to boosting Missouri’s economy by championing investments in infrastructure and cutting-edge technology to draw innovative companies, generate high-quality jobs, and foster sustainable economic prosperity for every Missourian.
  • SUPPORTING OUR MEN AND WOMEN IN UNIFORM I vow to honor our courageous service members with steadfast gratitude, robust support, and deep respect for their sacrifices, while consistently standing with the victims of crime, never the criminals.
I am passionate about strengthening unions, uplifting the middle class, ensuring accountability for criminals, fostering industry growth, and securing affordable healthcare for every Missourian.
I live by the campsite rule: leave every place better than you found it. In politics, my goal is to ensure Missouri thrives more than when I began serving at the state level. By collaborating closely with the Mayor and Council, I believe I've upheld this principle in Overland, leaving a stronger, better community.
When deciding who to vote for, choose a candidate with the proven experience to lead Missouri forward. I have dedicated nearly a decade to serving Overland, starting on the Planning and Zoning Board, then as a City Council member, and Mayor Pro-Tem. I also chair the Overland Redevelopment Corporation and serve on the Investment Committee and Police Pension Subcommittee. With a degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis Chancellor’s Program in Economic Development and a recent certification in the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its roll in Governance from Harvard University, I am equipped to drive progress for the 72nd district and all of Missouri.
Patrick is proudly endorsed by the following:
